To ensure your business can send text messages reliably and in compliance with carrier regulations, Blue Ridge Media Company needs to register your brand and campaign through the A2P 10DLC process.
This process is required by mobile carriers to help protect customers from spam and improve text message deliverability.

Complete – missing or incorrect information will delay approval.

Legal Business Name: as registered with your state or country.
Business Address: must match your registration records.
EIN / Tax ID Number: if you have the EIN form, you will need to upload a digital copy to us (supported formats: .docx/doc .pdf .xls/csv .jpeg/jpg .png .gif)
Business Type: LLC, Corporation, Sole Proprietor, etc.
Industry Category
Website: (if available)
Primary Contact Name, Email, and Phone Number
Messaging Use Case (how you’ll be using SMS, e.g. appointment reminders, marketing, account alerts)
